Delivery and returns

Shipping

  1. We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  2. Parcels are delivered either to a parcel machine or by courier service, according to the customer’s choice.
  3. The delivery time within Estonia is usually 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch (depending on the service provider). Aesti+1
  4. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice and shipping information by e-mail. If the courier service provides shipment tracking, we will also send you a tracking link.
  5. Please make sure that your delivery and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order, as an incorrect address may cause delays or failed delivery.

Right of withdrawal and returns

  1. In accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you received the goods. TTJA+1
  2. Returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with all labels attached. Products that are unpacked, used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. Aesti+1
  3. To return it, emailinfo@albatrostextile.ee no later than 14 days after receipt. In the e-mail, please indicate the order number, the product and the return request.
  4. The product submitted for return must be sent back within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice (or you must provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period). Aesti+1
  5. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect – in such cases we will cover the return costs and send a replacement product or refund your money.

Defective or incorrect products

  • If the product is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, please inform us no later than 48 hours after receiving the goods.
  • Please e-mail us at info@albatrostextile.ee and include your order number, a description of the problem and a photo of the product and packaging.
  • In such cases we will cover the return and transport costs and offer either a replacement product or a refund.

Refunds

If the return meets the conditions above, we will refund the amount paid for the product (and, where required by law, the original delivery cost) no later than 14 days from the date the return has been approved.
